The Service

Sudoku Whale provides free online sudoku puzzles, including unlimited generated puzzles at three difficulty levels and a daily challenge. The site is provided free of charge, without accounts, "as is".

Acceptable Use

You may play, enjoy, and share links to the site. You may not:

• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its hosting infrastructure.
• Scrape, republish, or mirror substantial parts of the site's content without permission.
• Use automated systems to interact with the site in ways that degrade it for other visitors.

Intellectual Property

The Sudoku Whale name, design, code, and written content are the property of the site owner. Note that the rules of sudoku itself are public knowledge and cannot be owned by anyone; you may use the techniques described on this site freely.

No Warranty

The site and its puzzles are provided without warranties of any kind. While every puzzle is programmatically verified to have exactly one solution, we do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sudoku Whale and its owner are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing on this site is professional advice.
