Please include your browser, device type, and what you did right before the bug appeared. Screenshots help a lot.
I think a puzzle is broken or has two solutions
Every puzzle is verified to have exactly one solution before it is served, but if something looks wrong, send us the date (for daily puzzles) or roughly when you started the game, and we will investigate.
