Information We Do Not Collect

• No names, email addresses, or contact details (there are no accounts).
• No payment information (the site is completely free).
• No precise location data.
• No user-generated content — we have nothing to store because there is nothing to upload.

Information Stored on Your Device

Your in-progress games, best times, and preferences are saved using your browser's local storage. This data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to us. Clearing your browser data removes it completely.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage — for example, how many people visit and which pages are most played. Google Analytics collects anonymized or pseudonymized information such as device type, browser, referring page, and approximate region. You can opt out of Google Analytics with the official browser add-on.

Advertising

If the site displays advertising in the future, this policy will be updated before that happens. Third-party ad networks such as Google AdSense may then use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites; you can opt out of personalized advertising via Google Ads Settings. Today, the game itself contains no ads.

Children's Privacy

Sudoku Whale is appropriate for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Since no personal data is collected, none is stored.

Your Rights
